Plans are well underway for the annual APC/PennDOT Fall Seminar. We need your recommendations for topics to be discussed in each workshop technical session. Scheduled workshops are: Design-Build; Safety; PA Turnpike Commission; Risk Allocation; Structures; Consultant Issues; and a Subcontractor Forum.
