2021 FALL SEMINAR

APC will implement the following health and safety measures during the 2021 Fall Seminar.
Masks: APC will comply with the latest CDC, state and local health guidelines regarding mask wearing. Current guidelines state that those who are fully vaccinated may choose not to wear a mask, but those who are not fully vaccinated are encouraged to wear a mask during the event. A limited amount of masks will be available to supplement attendees’ personal supply.
Hand Sanitizer: Mini hand sanitizers will be available to all attendees and hand sanitizer stations will be placed around several areas of the venue.
Self Pre-Check: APC discourages attendance from those who exhibit COVID-19 symptoms prior to the event or at any point during the event. Signage will be displayed upon check-in and around high traffic areas of the venue reminding folks not to enter if they are exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms.
Surface Cleaning: The Hershey Lodge has implemented cleaning protocols designed to mitigate the potential spread of COVID-19 during the event.
Event Check-in: APC has implemented a self-service check-in process utilizing a kiosk system which streamlines the process and reduces contact and crowding.
APC is working closely with the event venue, the Hershey Lodge, to ensure safety measures will be followed. All attendees will receive up to date protocols via email ahead of the event.
