The APC/PennDOT/PA Turnpike is set to return to the Hershey Lodge on November 18-20, 2026. This annual seminar serves as a key forum for dialogue between APC members, PennDOT, and the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, offering attendees the opportunity to stay informed on current initiatives, emerging trends, and best practices impacting the transportation construction industry. The program is designed to provide value for a wide range of participants, including contractors, consultants, agency representatives, and industry partners.

Below are several important tentative timeframes to note. While subject to change, they provide a general framework for planning and preparing for the seminar. Pricing information will not be availble until closer to the opening of registrations. 

Attendees

Registration is planned to open in early September.

Exhibitors

Registration is planned to open in late August/early September.

• APC members-only registration will open one week prior to the general public.
• APC will offer a limited number of Exhibitor Club Memberships to members, providing early access to booth reservations. Exhibitor Club memberships are planned to open in late July/early August.

Sponsorships/Advertising

• A lottery for the most popular sponsorships will be held in early August.
• General sponsorship and advertisement sales will open following the lottery.

Hershey Lodge Room Block

• A limited number of rooms will be held for Fall Seminar participants at The Hershey Lodge. 
• The APC Room Block is planned to open in mid/late August.
