APC Exhibitor Club Membership Terms & Conditions 

Eligibility for the Exhibitor Club is limited to APC Member Companies in good standing. Any membership submissions submitted via the online form by companies that are not APC members, or whose memberships are not in good standing, will be deemed ineligible and will not be accepted.

APC Member Companies are permitted to purchase a maximum of two (2) Exhibitor Club memberships. The reservation of two (2) booths requires the purchase of two (2) separate memberships.

Exhibitor Club membership is limited to a total of twenty-five (25) participants. Memberships will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Booth space reserved through an Exhibitor Club membership shall be assigned solely to the APC Member Company that purchased the membership. Booth assignments are non-transferable and may not be reassigned, sublicensed, or otherwise conveyed to any other company or entity.

The Exhibitor Club membership fee constitutes a non-refundable fee and shall not be considered a deposit. Upon enrollment, club members shall be responsible for the following costs:

  • Exhibitor Club Fee: $750 per membership
  • Booth Fee (based on booth type /below are anticipated 2026 APC Fall Seminar Exhibitor Prices and are subject to change)
    • Standard Booth: $1,700
    • Premium Booth: $2,400
    • Food Sponsor Booth: $2,200
  • Lodging costs

Payment of Club Membership
Details on remitting payment for club membership will will be provided at a later date to the designated contact listed on the membership submission form.

APC Membership Requirement
All Exhibitor Club memberships are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation or termination of APC membership, for any reason, the Exhibitor Club membership and all associated rights and benefits shall be immediately forfeited without refund.

Guaranteed On-site Lodging at the Hershey Lodge
Each Exhibitor Club membership guarantees the opportunity to reserve one (1) guest room at the Hershey Lodge during the 2026 APC Fall Seminar. Reservation instructions and booking details will be provided at a later date to the designated contact listed on the membership submission form. All associated costs shall be the sole responsibility of the club member.
